Refund Policy

Beberu Camera handles returns and refunds under the following conditions, taking into account the nature of pre-owned cameras and lenses.

Return Window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos showing the condition. We may not be able to accept returns after this period.

Return Condition

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. If accessories, boxes, manuals, straps, caps, or other included items were shown or described on the product page, they must be returned together.

If the Item Is Significantly Different

If the item is significantly different from the description, damaged in transit, or affected by a major issue missed during our inspection, we will review the situation and respond flexibly.

Returns We Generally Cannot Accept

Because all items are used, returns are generally not accepted for scuffs, small marks, dust, haze, age-related wear, or condition differences that were shown in photos or described on the product page. Returns for buyer's remorse, ordering mistakes, or changed preferences are also generally not accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a significant description error or our responsibility, return shipping costs, duties, import taxes, customs fees, and related return costs are the buyer's responsibility.
